(“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), including but not limited to digital content, token references, consultation services, educational offerings, or interactions on our website(s) or third-party platforms (e.g., Amazon, Stripe, YouTube, etc.), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use our services.

2. Eligibility

Our services are available to users globally, with a primary operational focus in the United States and Latin America. Users must be of the age of majority in their jurisdiction or have permission from a legal guardian to use educational content or engage in transactions.

We do not knowingly collect or manage personal data from children under 13 years old.

3. Services Offered

4. Payments and Transactions

All payments are processed via third-party platforms such as Stripe, Amazon, or PayPal. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms and conditions of these providers. Cinematic Ideas Inc. does not store payment information.

Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise specified and may change at any time. Refund policies will be clearly stated at point of sale, if applicable.

5. Symbolic Tokens and Community Access

We offer GLDM (GoldMember) tokens as symbolic community access tools. They are not investments, do not represent equity or financial rights, and are not intended for speculation or resale.

Future NFTs, if launched, will be offered as donation-based community artifacts—similar to “Disney Dollars”—which may grant symbolic voting rights or creative participation. These items:

• Have no monetary value
  
  

• Do not promise returns
  
  

• Cannot be guaranteed to grant access to future features
  
  

Participation is optional and subject to future updates.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, designs, and trademarks presented by Cinematic Ideas Inc. are the exclusive property of the Company or its partners. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any part of our services or materials without prior written consent.

If you submit materials (e.g., feedback, creative ideas, or proposals), you grant Cinematic Ideas Inc. a non-exclusive, royalty-free, global license to use such content for development or promotion.
